VISA

The Department of Homeland Security’s Visa Waiver Program currently enables eligible citizen of 35 countries to enter the US for tourism or business for a period of up to 90 days without obtaining a visa. Learn details and which countries are participating in the Visa Waiver Program. If you do need a visa, apply EARLY! We recommend at least 3 months before the show. New screening processes are in place at all US Embassies that could delay your application processing time. INTERVIEW

Most visa applications require an interview at the embassy or consulate. To learn additional information and necessary documentation contact your local Embassy.

INVITATION LETTER

To request a letter of invitation from IBS New York, please complete the International Letter Request Form by clicking here. Please allow up to two weeks for your invitation letter to be processed. Upon completion, you letter of invitation will be sent to the email address you provide on the form. Please complete and submit the invitation letter form by February 1, 2011.
